There is nothing to install, so there is no software package to push. Your IT team can share the Sentio link on managed devices, such as a pinned bookmark, the same way it shares any website. For example, a school district using Google Admin can add the link to its managed Chromebooks.

A computer with a microphone for the speaker, and a screen or projector if you want to display translations to the whole room. Participants read on their own devices. In noisy spaces, such as classrooms or event halls, a noise-canceling microphone is recommended.

Only the person who speaks. Participants who read or listen to the translation do not need a license.

A license is assigned to a Pocketalk account, not to a device. The speaker signs in with that account on any device. The account can be shared among speakers, but it can only be signed in on one device at a time.

Only the speaker, who signs in with a Pocketalk account. Participants who are reading or listening do not need any account. They scan a QR code or open a link and start reading. For example, students can join from their school Chromebooks without signing up for anything.
